2 Zucchini
2 Red Peppers
1 Parsnip
2 Fennel slices
10 Pickles
80 g Olives
130 g Peas
130 g Green Beans
400 g Red Kidney Beans
300 g Chicken fillet
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Garlic powder
0.5 tsp Black pepper
1 glass Water
3 tbsp Grape seed oil

    What could be better than a balanced diet! It is quite difficult to choose the right foods to eat that do not accumulate on your body in the form of fats. And for training people – like me – it’s vital. So after long trials I found a proportion between vegetables and meat, which is a favourite not only of me but also of my fiancé. A whole bowl of vegetables, low carb but high in protein, cooked with meat. I prepare this recipe on a special clay pot – Tajine, but it can be easily baked in the oven.

    Cut all vegetables into cubes in a large bowl.

    Wash the chicken and then cut it into small pieces. Season the meat with spices.

    Note:
    You can pound the meat before cutting it for better results.

    Fry the chicken in Tajine with grape seed oil until lightly browned.

    After that add the vegetables with one glass of water and cook for 30 minutes until everything is ready.
