What could be better than a balanced diet! It is quite difficult to choose the right foods to eat that do not accumulate on your body in the form of fats. And for training people – like me – it’s vital. So after long trials I found a proportion between vegetables and meat, which is a favourite not only of me but also of my fiancé. A whole bowl of vegetables, low carb but high in protein, cooked with meat. I prepare this recipe on a special clay pot – Tajine, but it can be easily baked in the oven.

Fry the chicken in Tajine with grape seed oil until lightly browned. |
