    One of my favorite combinations is chocolate and raspberries. I rarely consume chocolate desserts and even if I do, they always have fruits so that I don’t feel heavy and sick from chocolate. For days I have been eating juicy and healthy brownies, which are also light. I decided go straight to the kitchen and created this delicacy. Brownie is great when consumed both hot and cold. If you do not have raspberries, you can use cherries or strawberries. I like to cook it with frozen raspberries, as the fresh ones go too soft when the mixture is stirred. Bake in a rectangular silicone shape, but you can also bake it in a square and cut it into square brownies. It remains juicy in the following days. We prefer it cold. It is super easy to prepare and bakes quickly. It became our favorite afternoon dessert. Try it for yourself – let’s enjoy this delicacy together.

    Mash the bananas in a bowl.

    Add the cinnamon, stevia, erythritol, vanilla and baking powder. Stir well.

    Add the raw cocoa powder. It is very important that cocoa has no added sugar. Stir again.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Check with a stick if the brownie is ready.
