    Training is an integral part of my day. I love to train and recharge. Training not only helps me stay in shape but also helps me deal with stress. This is my most favоrite time of the day when I stay alone with myself and concentrate and relax. 🙂

What’s more, it stimulates me to create new vegan protein recipes to aid recovery after a workout. I recently wondered what I could mix with rice protein and the new protein recipe is now part of our diet. There was a gentle, tasty, and creamy reward after my workout.

    You can sweeten according to your tastes. You can also easily replace maple syrup with agave or honey. Instead of coconut milk, you can use any other vegan milk. The important thing is to take care of yourself and your health! ✨
