You can always tempt me with papaya! This is one of my favourite fruits. I love its taste and colour, and its little seeds are just like sweet little pearls! 😊 I regularly cook some tasty recipes with it and often add it to smoothies. Papaya has many health benefits. It is often consumed to aid digestion. The presence of papain, a digestive super enzyme, improves digestion by breaking down proteins and cleansing the digestive tract. Papaya is also known for the presence of folate, vitamin C and vitamin E. And what could be more wonderful than such a useful and tasty fruit, which you can use to work miracles in the kitchen! Today’s miracle is vegan papaya pudding. It is ideal for both breakfast and afternoon food. Make your loved ones happy at home with papaya-flavored health!  😉
