    Anyone who has been on a vegan keto diet knows what a challenge it is to make snack recipes. There is nothing impossible when you are determined. This recipe is for people who are on a vegan keto diet. Crackers are not only gluten and keto free, but also vegan. As we already know, people who have a hormone imbalance and thyroid gland condition should not consume milk and eggs, which makes the keto regime much more difficult. This didn’t stop me, on the contrary, it made me look for and invent new recipes that fit these conditions.

    The recipe is easy and very delicious. 😉 You can buy almond flour in advance so that you don’t have to grind it. I often use almond flour and I am extremely satisfied. Anyway, it is one of the allowed flours in the keto mode. Anyone who is not on keto can try to prepare them with another gluten-free flour. The important thing is our strive for health!

    Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir well.

    Add the water and stir again. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes so that the flaxseed can swell.

    Prepare two pieces of baking paper. Put one on the kitchen counter, put the cracker mixture on it, and the second baking paper on top. Roll out the mixture until it is about 3 mm thick.

    Then carefully peel the top baking paper and place it in a tray.
