120 ml Coconut sugar
100 ml Coconut oil
60 ml Hemp seed
2 tbsp Flax seed
240 ml Rice flour 1 cup
25 g Hazelnuts

    Do you know how many benefits the hemp seed has?

    When I learned about them I started to cook different recipes with hemp seeds. Hemp seeds can be consumed or used to produce a variety of food products including hemp milk, hemp oil, hemp cheese substitutes and hemp-based protein powder. Hemp seeds contain healthy fats, protein and magnesium. So, for me it is amazing ingredient for my recipes.
    If you never tried it, don’t waste your time and just crab a cup of hemp seeds and let’s prepare this recipe!

    Smashed bananas in a big bowl and add the coconut sugar into the mix.

    Melt the coconut oil in a little sauce pan.

    Add the melted coconut oil into the bowl and mix it well.

    Add hemp seeds, flax seeds and baking powder and mix it.

    Add the rice flour and mix it. You can use any other type of gluten free flour.

    Add the hazelnuts whole or cut them into little pieces. You can use any other nuts you like.

    Pour the mixture into silicone muffins molds and bake them for 20-25 min at 180°C degrees.
