These cookies are insane! I had a lot of fun with this simple recipe! Do you know that a banana is undoubtedly a fruit but the banana plant it’s technically regarded as a herbaceous plant. Amazing, right! This yellow fruit is one of my favourite and I eat it every day. So, it is not surprise that I cook so many different recipes with it. Let’s try this yummy variation of healthy cookies!

Preheat the oven to 180°C. |

Peel the bananas and mash them in a mixing bowl. Add the almond milk and stir to combine. |

Add the flour, baking powder,maple syrup and vegan chocolate drops and stir to combine until it is a thick batter. |

Bake the cookies in the oven for about 10-15 minutes (until slightly brown on the edges). |
