Why do we need plain cow’s milk when we can easily make our own vegan milk? I haven’t consumed dairy products for a long time and I find new and new ways to get and prepare their vegan version. Stopping dairy products is one of the steps to stabilizing hormones. By the way, before I stopped them, I constantly consumed milk with my food. It was even the main ingredient of my favourite foods. After years of reading and searching for the truth about Hashimoto’s treatment, I decided to finally stop eating dairy products and eggs. I expected it to be difficult and to get fed up all the time, but I was surprised by the result. I don’t get fed up at all. Still, there are enough vegan cheeses and milks on the market. However at home, wonderful nut cheeses and milks are prepared, which are unique and you precisely know their ingredients. I was able to adjust my recipes to be completely vegan. I learned not to eat the dairy desserts and foods I was used to, but to find new recipes that surpass the previous ones and fall in love with them.
I am very happy now. Everything is so delicious and healthy. Almost anything can be prepared in a vegan version.
This vegan milk is so easy and everything goes perfectly with it. You can safely use it for breakfast, coffee, desserts and even for drinking with raw cocoa. You can taste it to your liking. It is good to store it in the refrigerator for a few days.
