Directions
I don’t know why, but since I was a child I have been madly in love with everything creamy – cream soup, cream, puree and ice cream. I don’t like chocolate desserts, but on the other hand, I eat a lot of fruit every day – at least four kinds of fruit a day. Whenever I walk past the fruit stand, I immediately feel like eating fruit. Winter and summer I just can’t live without fruit. I especially love vanilla and caramel flavours. Hmmm, I was dreaming, but not to distract myself. 🙂 My healthy journey brought me back to a point where I wanted to eat ice cream, but one that is healthy and low in calories. That’s how I came to create this delicious bowl of fruit ice cream. Yes, just fruit. You can add sweetener or not. A matter of taste. I always have fruit in the freezer waiting to be blended for ice cream. On the other hand, cooking is so easy and it’s a lot of fun.
Let the ice cream fun begin now!
