Who would resist delicious banana muffins?! Especially if they are healthy. Well, I can’t. 😇 I know that banana desserts are loved by almost everyone and I decided to prepare such a delicacy. At home, we love the tasty combination of banana and peanut butter. I wanted to make muffins that are vegan but juicy and puffy. You can easily replace peanut butter with tahini or other nut butter. Also, if you do not have the same gluten-free flours, use the ones you have. Experiment and find the perfect gluten-free blend according to your tastes. I regularly try different combinations and that’s how I learn. 🙂 Dates are used to sweeten the mixture. I can assure you that you get enough sweetness and there is no need to add extra sweeteners.
