Saffron is a very useful spice that is very rarely used unlike other spices. I created this recipe the moment I started introducing saffron into my diet. It has a unique taste, and additionally the rice soothes my irritated stomach. Asparagus, if I don’t have fresh ones, I always have frozen ones, which are a wonderful substitute for fresh ones.
