    In our home, me and my lovely fiance often need snacks. Time is precious to each of us and we look at how to distribute it well without wasting it. There is not always time to prepare something healthy between daily activities and commitments. That’s why I come up with different types of  healthy snacks to use. It is out of question to buy and consume food from the store full of harmful substances.  Especially when you can set something tasty and healthy in advance. What could be more pleasant in the afternoon than to find a chickpea snack peeking into a jar and waiting only for you?! It is so delicious. But it is pretty hard not to overeat with it. That`s why I have small snack bowls with which I serve and determine the dose without any bad consequences. However, anything that is overdone is not good for the body.

    You can use your favourite spices or whatever you have on hand. Even just sprinkled with salt still becomes an irresistible temptation. You can also prepare chickpeas in advance or buy jars with chickpeas,  but read carefully what is it in ingredients so that there are no harmful ingredients. This is our body and we must make every effort for its health.

    Thoroughly peel the chickpeas. I'm so obsessed that I clean it grain by grain by hand. I'm used to it and it does not take me long.

    Once it is well cleaned, let it dry on paper.

    When completely dry, place it in preheated oven at 180°C degrees to bake. Bake it for 15 minutes.

    Then take it out and pour into a bowl and season with all the ingredients. Stir well to roll in them. Again, toss to bake in the oven for another 10-15 minutes, depending on how crispy you want it. Stir it while baking.

    Once it cools down, I store it in a jars with a sealing mechanism.
