Summer days are easiest with home-made lemonade! What could be easier than to put some fruit, ice, water and maple syrup in the blender and then enjoy your creation. This is exactly what I did today after a strenuous cardio workout. My body needed hydration. Since I don’t like to drink lemonades with sugar or syrup in them, it’s easiest for me to mix my own using maple syrup or honey for this purpose. It becomes thousands of times tastier and healthier! Yes, sugar is cheaper, but it is much more harmful and I have found through experiments that it does affect my health in a bad way. Of course, if you have nothing but sugar, you can easily make it with sugar.
For me, the path to happiness goes through health!

Add raspberries, mango, water, lemon juice and maple syrup into the blender and blend them well or you can leave little fruit chunks into the mixture. |
