2 tbsp Maple syrup
1 Lemon juice
1 cup Ice cubes or more
10 Mint leaves

    Summer days are easiest with home-made lemonade! What could be easier than to put some fruit, ice, water and maple syrup in the blender and then enjoy your creation. This is exactly what I did today after a strenuous cardio workout. My body needed hydration. Since I don’t like to drink lemonades with sugar or syrup in them, it’s easiest for me to mix my own using maple syrup or honey for this purpose. It becomes thousands of times tastier and healthier! Yes, sugar is cheaper, but it is much more harmful and I have found through experiments that it does affect my health in a bad way. Of course, if you have nothing but sugar, you can easily make it with sugar.
    For me, the path to happiness goes through health!

    Add raspberries, mango, water, lemon juice and maple syrup into the blender and blend them well or you can leave little fruit chunks into the mixture.

    Pour the lemonade into the glass.

    Blend the ice cubes well in the blender and pour the smashed ice in the glasses.

    Wash well the mint leaves and put them into the lemonade. Stir and enjoy the delicious freshness.
