1 cup Cashews or more
200 gr Chicken fillets
1 tsp Turmeric
2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Avocado oil
1 tsp Oregano
2 tbsp Garlic powder

    One of my favourite foods is quinoa. Not only does it have so many healthy properties, but it is also very easy to cook. Quinoa is regularly eaten at home in one form or another. This is the latest creation. I got an idea for it while travelling to Dubai. 🙂 For me it is important that the diet is balanced and that the body is not deprived of healthy substances. On the other hand, I also like cashews, whether raw or baked. It is good to soak the quinoa and cashews in advance. Whether an hour or the night before, you choose according to your busy daily life. Of course, it is best to soak it the night before cooking, but I do not always remember to put it then. Then I experiment. It is important to make an effort and not stop paying attention to your meals. However, everyone does it several times a day. It is important what we eat and how much! I’m not a fan of big treats and overeating. Everyone has seen food, there is no need to swell and get fat because of greed.
    This recipe is perfect for a side dish or for a main course. I split it into at least four portions and store them in a glass box in the refrigerator. You can always skip the chicken or replace it with something you like. 🙂

    Soak the quinoa in a water for the night. Make the same with the raw cashews. If you forget this you can soak the quinoa at least for an hour before cooking and 15 minutes for the cashews before cooking.

    It is easier when you prepare the chicken fillets in advance.
    Clean the chicken fillet and season it with turmeric and garlic. Then let it bake at 180° degrees for 30 minutes. Turn it halfway so that it can be evenly baked on both sides.

    When it is ready cut it into pieces to your liking for the recipe. Set aside.

    After soaking it, put the cashew in a bowl and sprinkle it with turmeric and garlic powder.

    Put it in a heated pan and bake for a few minutes.

    It is time to prepare the quinoa. Boil it in a water for 20-25 min until ready. Add salt, oregano and avocado oil.

    Mix the quinoa, chicken and cashews and stir it well.
