What could be more magical than waking up with a healthy and colourful breakfast? My favourite part of the day is in the morning – breakfast. Inspiration served on a plate, celebrated with a cup of green coffee and celery juice. Yes correct! I’ve been drinking only green coffee for a long time, because the roasted coffee irritates my stomach. One has to adapt, not keep doing what one has always done. Do not just get used to how things are, but improve yourself instead. Evolve towards your body, towards the changes in it, towards the whole world, which discovers new and new things every day. Don’t just stay fixed in one place, like ancient trees!

Usually half an hour before I have breakfast, I drink freshly squeezed celery juice. It works wonders for body and my digestive system.

Well, as you can guess since I love breakfast logically I create a lot of breakfast recipes. Often people skip breakfast. They claim they don’t have time. Well,  you have to admit that everyone has time for a banana and an apple. Learn to respect yourself now, rather that wonder what happened to your health in the future. Take care of yourself, because there is no one better to protect you. Choose the food and absolutely never miss breakfast! Even when I travel and there is no healthy breakfast included anywhere, I bring fruit and eat just that. Works great!

The new proposal for a breakfast recipe is fruit skewers. Yes, it’s a bit laborious, but the result is worth the time. It is a pleasure for me to spend time preparing food that will help me. I used wooden skewers for the recipe.
