    It may rain outside, but that doesn’t mean we don’t deserve a healthy and hellishly delicious homemade orangeade. Let’s welcome the autumn days with a fresh dose of health. For some time now we have been drinking this wonderful orangeade at home, which I accidentally created and became our favorite. It is so easy and delicious and so refreshing. I make it with oranges, and when I mix it with coconut water, my husband claims it tastes like tangerine. 🍊 It’s just very tasty for me, and I love coconut water so much. Also, coconut water is quite helpful for the proper functioning of the adrenal gland, which unfortunately is quite often stressed and problematic. I regularly take coconut water to support the activity of the adrenal gland. After all, we need to take care of our health. 🧡
