Tortilla is a traditional Mexican dish that we love at home. The bad thing is that it has gluten. Here’s today’s gluten-free tortilla recipe! Delicious, easy to prepare and healthy! Ideal to diversify daily cooking and to surprise the table. Let’s not forget that whoever wants something finds a way to achieve it. There is no room for excuses! You usually don’t immediately form the perfect tortillas in a pan, but don’t despair! Practice is the key to success. It is important to have a pancake pan and a little patience. And, always the first tortilla that does not turn out well, but the good thing is that we get to eat it as a bonus. 😉 They tasted great! It is very important not to put too much of the with chickpea flour, because the food becomes very heavy. Let’s not forget that chickpea flour contains B complex vitamins, including the important folic acid. It is also a source of vitamins K, C and E. It also helps thicken the gluten-free flours and gives them a pleasant taste. What more do we need, let’s start cooking! 👩‍🍳

Pour all ingredients into a blender. Strain until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
