    When you are wondering what to treat your loved ones and yourself with, you can always serve healthy vegan balls. Made from nuts and fruits without any additional sweetening. Yes, it is possible! They became so tender and juicy that we barely left a few berry balls for the next day. 😊 Their preparation is so easy and pleasant. You only need to have a blender for the products to obtain a consistent mixture.
    Blueberries are my favorite fruit. Not a single day passes in which I don’t crave blueberries and find a way to consume them. I love them fresh or frozen. High levels of antioxidants and low levels of calories make blueberries our good friends who take care of our health. There is something so appealing about these dark-colored little fruits.
