80 ml Sesame Tahini
120 gr Hazelnuts Ground and row
3 tbsp Sunflower seeds Row
3 tbsp Pumpkin seeds Row

    My favorite part of the day is the morning. Breakfast. When you don’t know what the new day will bring. When you have not touched any problems. Then you start your body. You give it morning health. One of my favourite snacks is granola with nuts. But what better than homemade granola.

    Turn on the oven at 150°C degrees.

    Peel and smash the bananas in a bowl.

    Add cinnamon, maple syrup, tahini, nuts and mix well.

    Lay baking paper on a tray.

    Pour the granola mixture and place the mixture well in the tray so that it spreads over the entire tray area.

    Bake at 100-150°C degrees for about 40-50 minutes until the moisture from the granola has evaporated. Stir occasionally to bake on all sides.

    Once it has cooled, store it in a box or jar.
