                          About me

                          Hello I am Ralitsa Terzieva, a lover of the healthy eating and the good care for ones own body. It is a great pleasure to meet you! For many years I am in a search of healthy new recipes and ways of eating, which not only give the best to the body but also prevent its damage. I believe that we are not here to just bear with our lives but to live them in good health. Since the time I was 17 years old I’ve been suffering from an autoimmune disease – Hashimoto’s thyroiditis which initially turned my life into a living hell. But at one point I decided that I no longer have to leave an unwanted disease to take my happiness away. I decided that I need to learn to fight it every day, to learn to live myself as I am because there is no better version of you than the real you. That was a long road filled with obstacles and I’m still learning to follow it. I admit that there were moments when it was really hard for me and I wished I could be put in another body but then I realized that if it wasn’t for my hardship I would not be the same person at all. A person entirely devoted to the proper and healthy eating, constantly seeking ways to help myself. I know that there is a way – to get in touch with your inner self through the food. I know that through the food you can restore the connection with your body. Yes it’s hard! but I will continue fighting… During the past few years I devote every moment of my spare time to various kitchen adventures and to the invention of new delicious creations. In order to be happy everyone must be in a possession of good health and to guard himself of the self-destructive habits of our time. That’s why believe in following the healthy way of life.

                          I’m glad you’re here and that you believe in me and yourself.

                          Remember that the power is yours and every bite of food you take is important for you and the wellbeing of your body.

                          The good health makes of better.
