I started Sprinkledfood in 2019 hoping to spread my delicious touch to more of you. With the hope to help more people realize that the health does not deserve to be abandoned and forgotten in the attic. You don’t need some kind of science degree or to cook professionaly in order to learn to take care of yourself. I believe that everyone has an innate ability to love their own body. Its just that some people forgot how to do it. Sprinkledfood presents all my experiments in the kitchen and in life. By preparing healthy recipes I find true peace of mind. Sprinkledfood gives me the long sought confidence. The mission of my site is to inspire you to be your own health advocate.
