Not everyone likes how tofu tastes. Personally, I have always liked it and I like to use it for cooking. I decided to show you how to make tofu at home, which in the end is delicious. It is also so easy and quick to cook. Not only is it a vegan option, but it also supplies the necessary protein to our body. We regularly buy smoked tofu because it gives extra flavor to the dish, but you can always use plain tofu. This recipe is perfect as a side dish to any other dish. We like to eat it with vegetables, because that’s how we get the perfect amount of nutrients.
If you don’t want it to be so sweet, you can use just a spoonful of honey. I also recommend not adding extra salt, as soy sauce is quite salty in itself.
You can replace the spices with the ones you prefer. The important thing is to taste good.
