This apple cinnamon oatmeal is a quick, delicious and healthy breakfast. My favourite time of the day is breakfast. I love to spend time in the kitchen in the morning. I enjoy the awakening of the body in the morning and the entire process of the starting the day.
If you want to be in good shape and be healthy you have to start your day with breakfast. I don’t know why people think that if they skip it, they will be skinny. If you want to loose fats you have to take good care of your metabolism. It means that you have to speed it up – not slow it down.
